No variations or violations will be permitted in the following policies; strict actions will be taken against the guests in case of violations.

• 1. Please present valid ID (CNIC or passport) at the time of check-in. (Please note failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation)
• 2. Check Out time is 12 PM. Late check out will be charged for check outs after 02 PM. Full night will be charged after 04 PM
• 3. All the payments must be made in advance at the time of check in.
• 4. Commercial parking lot is available for parkings. All the parking will be at owners risk.
• 5. Free Cancellation for 48 hours.
• 6. Management is not responsible for any loss of valuable items or cash if it is not submitted to the management.
• 7. Guests above 18 years are eligible for the reservation.
• 8. No charges will be applied to children under 5 years; however, charges will be applied for the request of extra mattress.
• 9. Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed. (Please present valid documents e.g. marriage certificate, NIC upon check-in)
• 10. Individuals are not allowed to visit the guests in the room. (Facility of lobby has been provided by the management)
• 11. Pets and smoking are strictly not allowed
• 12. Parties and other gatherings are not allowed within the premises of hotels.
